Refund policy

  1. Return & Exchange Policy

    1. Refunds/Store Credit: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Instead, store credit may be issued for eligible returns.

    2. Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

    3. Process: Contact us at sarah.failing.co@gmail.com with your order number to initiate an exchange. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

    4. Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email us within 14 days from delivery and we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

    5. Size & fit disclaimer: Please review our size charts carefully before ordering. We cannot guarantee fit and are unable to accept returns for sizing issues.

    6. Color/print disclaimer: Colors may appear slightly different in person due to screen display differences. Each shirt is hand-printed, so slight variations in placement/print are normal.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of purchase. After that, we’ve likely started processing and cannot guarantee cancellation.

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes 

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issue before filing a chargeback. Because our processing and shipping times are clearly outlined, filing a chargeback without contacting us first may affect your ability to purchase from us in the future.
