Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 15-20 business days (does not include Sundays/holidays) as all shirts are printed to order. Processing time is separate from shipping time. While some orders may ship earlier, this is not guaranteed.
Carriers: All orders ship via USPS. A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
Delivery time: Domestic orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment. International delivery may take longer depending on customs.
Delays: Once shipped, delivery times are out of our control. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses.
Lost or stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is secure. If your package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist in filing a claim with USPS but cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Peak seasons: During high-volume times (holidays, special drops), processing may extend beyond the standard 15–20 business days.
